Staff Product Designer

Led design for high-priority initiatives across Shipt's Shopper and Marketplace apps, focused on system scalability, brand identity, and personalization. Shipped 0→1 Shipt's first server-driven UI system for Shopper, unlocking faster iteration and cross-platform consistency; led the Shopper app brand rebrand, elevating visual identity across the experience; redesigned Member-to-Shopper messaging to improve communication clarity and satisfaction; scaled Marketplace personalization to increase user engagement. Championed AI-assisted design and development practices, teaching designers to build functional prototypes and shipping several side-projects that sharpened tooling and craft across the team.

Led design for critical features across Shipt's Shopper app, focused on operational efficiency, delivery accuracy, and contract worker workflows. Designed, researched, and tested the end-to-end Last-Mile driver experience from the ground up, launching a new UX that improved delivery speed and accuracy; shipped Product Scanning Validation to streamline inventory management and reduce errors; redesigned the Offering Marketplace, including Shopper Supply and Work Preferences, to optimize workflows for contract workers.
